I am a chartered occupational psychologist and psychometrician, promoting the science behind data-driven people analytics. I have over two decades of experience in designing and shaping scientifically grounded psychometric products and talent assessment solutions. Over my career I have always worked in science teams at commercial organisations, translating innovative, scientific thinking from academia into practical applications. My aim is to keep bridging the gap between academia and practice, to transfer the scientific innovation into commercially viable solutions.

Self In Progress’ approach really speaks to me personally as it incorporates holistic thinking around the interplay between individual, team and organisation. This sweet spot of harmonising individual characteristics with those of the organisation, producing a win-win outcomes. The individual can be their authentic self and thrive in the organisation, while the organisation grows a productive, effective and engaged workforce. Too often the needs of the individual are deprioritized over those of the organization, with detrimental consequences. I am passionate about driving the scientific thinking of this purpose-driven approach of self in progress.
