As a principal consultant at a renowned talent and assessment consultancy, I have spearheaded numerous projects focusing on values, leadership, and competency framework design and measurement. Additionally, I have led initiatives in executive recruitment, leadership succession, and development, conducting extensive behavioral leadership assessments to define excellence in leadership across diverse organizational contexts.

In my recent role as a product development director, I have applied my talent assessment expertise to create scalable digital platforms. I successfully launched two HR Tech products in Leadership Identification and Development and People Analytics, both receiving accolades for innovation and advancement in applied research in the workplace.
