I am a Leadership Assessment/Development Specialist & accredited Executive Coach with a background in occupational psychology, HR, and consulting. Over the past 20+ years, I have established a track record of helping companies build people performance and realise business benefits through impactful talent solutions. My work experience covers in-house HR Generalist and Consultant roles for 10 years within professional services and finance & banking industries before working for 12 years at one of the world’s leading talent and assessment consultancies in both senior consulting and senior commercial roles. I have been responsible for designing and delivering various programs to support executive recruitment, leadership succession and leadership development. Personally conducting over nine hundred 1:1 behavioural leadership assessments has given her expertise in what great leadership looks like across a variety of organisational contexts.

I have partnered with global organisations and companies across multiple industries and client projects, giving me deep experience of working in various countries and cultures. Industries include engineering, oil and gas, finance & banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, education, transport, government, retail, legal, manufacturing, market research, marketing, entertainment, hospitality, telecommunications.

I am passionate about helping leaders thrive in their roles, which comes with my deep interest in personal development and wellbeing. In addition, I am a qualified Yoga Teacher and a Executive Coach through the AoEC.
