I am a chartered business psychologist, HR Consultant and founder of Self In Progress. I have over 17 years of international experience in applying psychology, science and technology to address Human Resource challenges. I have worked extensively across Europe, China, SE Asia and India with global clients on designing and implementing talent identification and development initiatives.

Most recently, I have worked on developing award-winning digital HR Tech products in the space of Assessment and People Analytics. I am passionate about improving work lives by helping individuals and organizations define their purpose and values and help them progress towards achieving them one step at a time.
